What sets U.S. Concessions apart from the competition?
U.S. Concessions manufactures concession trailers and food trucks from the ground up, allowing us to tailor each project to fit the needs of each client’s design, while setting us apart from our competitors. Many custom concession trailer or food truck companies promote their building capabilities but they are essentially only up-fitting a cargo trailer shell that has been outsourced from another company. Along with a commitment to superiority, our trailers and trucks are built using quality materials and name brand products to included NSF® approved cooking equipment and furnishings. Additionally, all trailers feature all tube frame construction, torsion ride axles with all-wheel electric brakes, full walk-on roof, and a proprietary roof sealing system. We also invite clients to tour our factory to see first-hand the quality that goes into our production process. Click here to schedule a visit.

How do I figure out what equipment I will need?
The sales representatives at U.S. Concessions like to collaborate closely with each client to ensure that their chosen concession trailer or food truck will fit their unique needs. Your sales representative will ask about what type of menu you would like to serve, what will be included in your menu, who your target customers will be, and what capacity you plan to use your trailer. From that information, your sales representative will be able to determine what equipment and layout will be most efficient and most functional.

What does NSF stand for?
NSF stands for National Sanitation Foundation. Manufacturers, regulators and consumers look to NSF International for the development of public health standards and certification programs that help protect the world’s food, water, consumer products and environment. Choosing a product approved by NSF lets you know the company who manufactured the product complies with strict standards and procedures imposed by NSF. U.S. Concessions uses NSF approved equipment.

How will I know if my trailer or truck will be large enough?
Regardless of whether you purchase a 26’ feet trailer or the largest box truck you can find, there never seems to be enough room when working in the mobile food industry. Storage space and work surfaces are both important things to take into consideration when working on a floor plan. Your sales representative will help you consider the best options to maximize storage space and make more functional choices with equipment and furnishings.

What type of vehicle will I need in order to safely pull my concession trailer?
Please speak with your sales representative about what type of vehicle will work best with your trailer.
